Maintenance Engineer (Progression to Supervisor)
£45,000 - £50,000 + PLC Training + Days Based + Mon-Fri + 29 Days Holiday + Early Finish

Are you an ambitious Maintenance Engineer from a FMCG background, looking for a days-based role within a market leading company that will offer you direct and rapid progression to a Maintenance Supervisor?

Are you looking for an autonomous role, within a company that will provide external training on PLCs to ensure your continuous development and long-term career?

On offer is the chance to work for a well-established food production company, that has been running for over 30 years, and supplies into a wide range of supermarkets such as Tesco and Sainsburys as well as premium restaurant chains.

In this days-based role you will be performing both planned and reactive maintenance in a busy industrial environment, whilst leading a close-knit team of 5 Engineers. This will include working on 3-phase machinery, conveyors, PLC controls, hydraulics, motors and related equipment.

This opportunity would suit a Maintenance Engineer from a FMCG background, who is looking for direct and rapid progression to a supervisor role, split between leading a team of engineers and hands on maintenance.

The Role:

- PPM and RM on industrial machinery and equipment across a large site
- Working on 3-phase, hydraulics, drives, motors, and PLC fault finding
- Leading a team of 5 Maintenance Engineers
- Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 3:30pm
- Overtime paid at 1.66x, Sunday 2x
