This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business that invests in its people, equipment, and continuous improvement projects.\n\nThe Package:\n\nSalary up to £46,000\nOvertime opportunities available\nMonday - Friday working pattern\nStrong work-life balance\nLong-term stability within an established manufacturing site\nOpportunities for training, development, and progression\n The Role:\n As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for supporting production through proactive and reactive maintenance activities while driving improvements across the site.\n Your responsibilities will include:\n\nCarrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site equipment\nDiagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults\nAssisting with machinery upgrades, installations, and engineering projects\nDriving continuous improvement activities across the site\nWorking closely with production teams to ensure operational performance\n Machinery / Equipment You Could Be Working On:\n\nPackaging equipment\nConveyors\nPumps and gearboxes\nPneumatic and hydraulic systems\nWater treatment systems\nProduction and processing machinery\nPlant services equipment\n What We're Looking For:\n\nRecognised Engineering Qualification\nMulti-Skilled Engineering background (Electrical or Mechanical bias considered)\nPrevious experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food manufacturing, packaging, or production environments\nStrong fault-finding ability across electrical and mechanical systems\nExperience carrying out planned and reactive maintenance\nKnowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics\nContinuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach\n Ready to put the shifts to bed and get a better work life balance - CLICK APPLY NOW
