This full time position is for a hotel (Clarion Inn & Suites in Orlando). We are seeking individuals who have HOTEL MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE. If you don't have hotel experience we can't use you. We are located off of Kirkman Road across from Universal Studios main entrance.

The right candidate will be able to perform multiple duties including performing preventative maintenance, be able to upkeep and maintain the interior and exterior of our hotel. The right team member will be be able to inspect various energy systems such as heating and cooling, plumbing, and lighting. Among other things the team member's duties may including repairing floors, roofs, doors, installing/replacing fixtures, plumbing.

Qualifications for this career include skills such as mechanical aptitude, ability to work with others, attention to detail, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and physical stamina.
