Job Description
A global manufacturer in the Milton Keynes area are looking for a talented Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join their team\n\nThe ideal candidate will be a hard-working and adaptable Engineer with a strong technical background within an industrial or fast-paced manufacturing environment. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will report to the Operations Manager and provide planned, preventative maintenance expertise along with responses to reactive breakdowns\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity with a multi- company who supply to some the biggest OEM’s in the industry\n \n Role: Maintenance Engineer\n Location: Telford\n Salary: £45,000\nShift: Days \n \n The key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer role will be:\n\nPerform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a variety of machinery and equipment.\nDiagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults across plant and production equipment.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and assist with machine upgrades and installations.\nEnsure minimal downtime through proactive maintenance and fast response to breakdowns.\nMaintain accurate maintenance records using the company’s CMMS system.\nAdhere to health & safety regulations and company policies at all times.\nWork collaboratively with production and engineering teams to maintain high standards of operation.The key requirements of the Maintenance Engineer will be:\n\nProven experience in a similar maintenance engineering role within fast paced manufacturing environments such as Automotive, Aerospace, Food, FMCG and more\nStrong knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems.\nAbility to read technical drawings and fault-find using PLCs (advantageous but not essential).\nExperience on CNC Machines and/or Band Saws is a bonus but not essential\nThe ability to work on your own or part of a small teamPlease apply online or contact (url removed) for a confidential conversation\n \nExecutive Network Group, encompassing Technical Network, Network HR, HSE Network & Procurement People, sourcing mid to senior level management for automotive, aerospace, engineering and manufacturing industrial sectors, with a portfolio of services including executive search, advertising, MRO for permanent and interim contract recruitment services
