Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)

£49,500 - £50,500 + 62K OTE + Shift Pattern + Progression + Overtime + 5% Employer Contribution

Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer from a heavy industry, industrial or manufacturing background, looking for a 4 on 4 off pattern in a globally renowned company offering excellent in-house training and fully funded courses, as well as direct progression to Supervisor and Manager roles within 3-5 years?

In this role you will be responsible for keeping large scale, essential quarry machinery operational. This will be a mix of planned and reactive maintenance on conveyors and crushers such as fault finding and repairs on gear boxes, pumps, rollers and bearers.

This company has been operational for over 100 years, supplying a range of building materials such as cement, aggregates and concrete. Some of the largest construction and civils companies all over the world rely on them, making them an integral global supplier for critical building materials.

This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer from a mechanical background looking for a flexible 4 on 4 off shift pattern that provides an excellent overtime rate and significant career progression.

The Role:

• Planned and reactive maintenance of large-scale quarry machinery such as conveyors and crushers
• Fault finding and repairing of gear boxes, motors, pumps and fans
• 4 on 4 off shift pattern: 6am to 6pm and 10am to 10pm
• Overtime available at time ½ on weekdays and double on weekends
