CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management.\n\nWe are recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the North West! This is a static role based in Manchester.\n\nRole Summary:\n\nReact to breakdown maintenance requests within the required SLA's.\nEnsure routine maintenance is carried out to a high standard.\nTest and diagnose power quality issues.\nWeekly / monthly PPMs\nLiaise with sub-contractors as required for repairs & ensure works have been carried out in line with CBRE policies.\nMonitor and analyse environmental conditions, review the loading/working conditions of critical equipment regularly.\nDetermine the root cause and action items required to restore availability and prevent a recurrence.\nAccurately maintain site work logs & paperwork.\nOther duties as and when required.\n\nHours\n\nMonday - Friday.\n8am - 5pm.\nOvertime & Weekend flexibility needed.\nOn-Call schedule available.\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\n18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations\nExperience working with building management systems including fault finding and operator use\nFM experience advantageous\nKnowledge of Health & Safety policies.\nEmail for more information or apply now!\n\nEQUAL OPPORTUNITIES\n \nWe are an equal opportunities employer and do not discriminate on the grounds of , , marital or civil partner status, or maternity, reassignment, , , , or , or belief, or
