Job DescriptionA leading UK food manufacturer is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician to support continued growth. You’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly by resolving breakdowns, delivering planned maintenance and supporting site-wide improvements in machinery, hygiene, quality and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out both preventative and reactive maintenance
\n - Support continuous improvement activities across the site
\n - Work within an established PPM schedule alongside breakdown response
\n - Provide mechanical and electrical support to all operational areas
\n - Fault finding, breakdown cover and equipment installation
\n

About You:
- \n
- Multi-skilled engineer with electrical and mechanical qualifications (apprenticeship, NVQ, HNC, etc.)
\n - HACCP and GMP qualified
\n - Familiar with safe systems of work
\n - Experience in a LEAN manufacturing environment with tools such as TPM
\n - Understanding of OEE
\n - Positive attitude, practical problem solver, eager to learn and proactive in driving change
