Staybridge Suites in Lehi, UT, is seeking a dedicated full-time Maintenance Engineer to join our team. In this full-time position, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the comfort and functionality of our hotel, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. With a competitive pay of $25/hour (based on experience), this is an opportunity to lead maintenance operations in a professional and dynamic environment. YOUR SCHEDULE

The Maintenance Engineer position follows a consistent full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.

YOUR DAY AS A MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Your day will begin with a detailed property walk to inspect for maintenance needs and identify any immediate issues. After checking with the front desk to review crucial work orders, you'll prioritize tasks to ensure all guest rooms remain in service. Throughout the day, you'll collaborate with the General Manager to ensure the hotel has all the necessary tools and equipment for smooth operations. Preventive maintenance will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you perform quarterly inspections and updates on all 116 guest rooms. Additionally, you will oversee one team member, providing guidance and fostering a productive work environment.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• CPO (Certified Pool Operator) certification
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise one other team member effectively
• Willingness to try new things and adapt to different challenges
• Exceptional organizational skills for managing work orders, inventories, and preventative maintenance schedules
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
