Shift Pattern: Double days (6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm)
Salary: £52,282

The Company
ATA Recruitment are working with a leading system integrator within a pharmaceutical industry to recruit for an exciting opportunity at a state-of-the-art, highly automated facility in Leeds. This is a newly established site, operational for just two years, following a £15 million investment in cutting-edge machinery and technology to support high-volume, high-precision.
They are now looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their growing team. This role is ideal for someone confident in both electrical and mechanical fault finding, with a proactive approach to planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
The Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will:
Respond quickly and effectively to breakdowns across the site
Carry out planned preventative maintenance on a wide range of automated machinery
Perform mechanical maintenance including work on bearings, rollers, belts, gearboxes, shafts, and pulleys
Undertake electrical fault finding and maintenance on contactors, relays, and three-phase motors, including panel work
The Ideal Candidate
To be successful in this role, you will:
Hold a recognised engineering qualification
Be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Have experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (FMCG experience desirable)
Demonstrate strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills, with a focus on safe and efficient working practices
