You'll also get access to other TGW benefits such as a discounted gym membership, Bonus, Medicash scheme, salary sacrifice schemes for extra holiday, cars and bikes.Job Introduction As the Maintenance Engineer on our customer, Weetabix's site you will maintain all TGW products and third party equipment inclusive of planned maintenance and breakdowns.You will contribute to strategies and support all continuous improvement activities, that underpin site performance.You'll be joining a maintenance team of 7 working a continental shift pattern: 4 on 2 off - 3 on 2 off - 3 on 2 off - 4 on then 8 days off. This is Days and Nights, 12 hour shiftsWe pride ourselves on developing our colleagues and upto 40% of all TGW jobs are filled by employees either stepping up or sideways.

With multiple recording breaking sites coming up in the midlands over the coming years, this could be a great opportunity to join an established site with a view to move up within the business quickly.WHAT YOULL BE HANDLING Support to delivery of the contracted KPIsElectrical and mechanical fault finding and rectificationReactive and preventativemaintenanceof TGW and third party products installed on siteSupport the automation to operate at its maximum efficiency ensuring that the customers orders are not missedAttend customer meetings providing any updates on the automationSuggest any continuous improvement activities that will increase the reliability of TGW and third party assets on siteActively seek root cause when remedying any breakdowns on TGW supplied equipment and softwareCo-ordinateplanned preventive maintenance activities with the customerMentor, train and advise at all levels on engineering practicesCo-ordination of any automation breakdowns and escalationsComply to all current, future health and safety legislation at all timesWHAT YOULL NEED Minimum NVQ level 3/BTEC ONC/HNC Electrical/Mechanical EngineeringPrevious Experience of working in an operational engineering role within a similar environmentProficient communication skills and customer focusedAbility to work in a time critical environmentAble to work flexible shift patternsDemonstrated ability for solving problemsPreferred experience of working with Warehouse Management SystemsTPBN1_UKTJ
