Maintenance Engineer – Field Based ??

Location: Field-Based - East Coast locations & other locations may be required by the wider business? Hours: 37.5 per week?? Salary: £30,000 – £37,500

?? About the Role

H&T are looking for a versatile, hands-on Maintenance Engineer to support our property estate through a mix of planned and reactive maintenance tasks. This field-based role includes travel, with occasional overnight stays when required.

You’ll work standard daytime hours, with the flexibility to respond to occasional out-of-hours callouts.

?? Key Responsibilities

? General property maintenance? Joinery? Basic plumbing? Tiling? Minor electrical tasks? Emergency maintenance response? Supporting larger refurbishment projects & new store setups? Assisting external contractors (e.g., shutter engineers)

�? Essential Requirements

• At least 5 years’ experience in a Maintenance or Shopfitting role
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Basic IT skills
• Understanding of Health & Safety in the workplace
