Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Reading, RG19 4AN

Salary: £50,000

Shift Pattern : Panama 12 hours shift (days & nights)



Are you an experienced and qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity and a chance to progress within the manufacturing sector?



Randstad has this exciting position available to a skilled individual to join a thriving team with a Manufacturing company.



Key Responsibilities:



* Carrying out first-fix reactive maintenance on a wide range of production and packaging machinery



* Diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults quickly and efficiently



* Minimising downtime and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations



* Supporting continuous improvement projects and proactive maintenance strategies



* Working collaboratively with the wider engineering and production teams



Qualifications and Requirements:



* 16th, 17th or 18th edition are all Electrical qualifications



* City and Guilds qualifications are all good but relevant if they are a Level 3 in Electrical installation for example



* HND/HNC/ONC - The best qualifications a candidate can have, either in mechanical or electrical engineering



* Level 3 in any type of engineering - good



* Apprenticeship - good
