Maintenance Engineer \n\n£40 per hour \n Day Sun-Thurs\n North Wales\n\ngap technical are representing a market-leading manufacturing business seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to provide interim maintenance support at their North Wales site.\n\nPerformance Objectives\n\nReactive breakdown support to minimise production disruption\nExecution of planned and preventative maintenance activities\nElectrical & Mechanical fault diagnosis using drawings, diagnostics, and equipment history\nIdentification and rectification of recurring equipment faults, including implementation of permanent corrective actions\nSupport for continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and uptime\nCollaboration with production and engineering teams to ensure safe and efficient plant operation\nAssistance with machinery modifications, upgrades, and repair works as required\nAll services delivered in compliance with site health, safety, and food hygiene standards Profile\n\nTime-served engineer or demonstrable equivalent industry experience\nMulti Skilled Capabilities with proven capability in FMCG manufacturing environments\nExperience working with:\n3-phase electrical systems\nMotors, drives, inverters, and safety circuits\nI/O PLC fault-finding (Siemens / Allen Bradley or similar)\nAutomated food production and packaging equipment\nAble to work with minimal direction, managing workload and priorities independently\nStrong communication skills when liaising with site stakeholdersApply\n\nTo be considered, please submit your CV via the Apply Now option on the website.\n\nFor further information on this engagement or to discuss other contract opportunities, please get in touch.\n\nThis contract opportunity is advertised by gap technical, operating as an employment business.
