Maintenance Engineer - Food Manufacturing\n\nMulti Skilled\n\n4 on 4 off (days and nights) \n\nOverview - Maintenance Engineer\n\nA leading manufacturer is looking to hire a maintenance engineer and is ready to onboard immediately. As a maintenance engineer, you will be joining a structured department where you will ensure the factory is running up to speed and production levels are maintained.\n\nWith recent investment on site, this is a good opportunity for someone to join a growing site where the role will be varies across maintenance, reliability, improvements and project work.\n\nWorking a 4 on 4 off shift, this will be perfect for someone looking for extended time off between shift rotations.\n\nResponsibilities for the Maintenance Engineer\n\nProactive maintenance and site PMs\nReactive maintenance and responding to breakdowns quickly\nWorking across both electrical and mechanical faults and maintenance\nWorking on Engineering projects (e.g. commissioning, installations, relocations)\nIdentifying and implementing improvements covering both processes machine output\nAdhering to site Health & safety rules and legislation on site\n\nRequirements for the Maintenance Engineer\n\nTime-served / recognised apprenticeship (or equivalent) in a relevant engineering subject\nExperience working in a Multi skilled role across mechanical and electrical engineering\nAbility to and experience of working to a fast pace, ideally confident in a manufacturing environment.\n\nIf you’re interested in this opportunity and your CV is ready then hit the apply button and expect to hear from me soon.
