Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Coventry

4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)

A well-established and continuously growing manufacturing business based in Coventry is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer looking for long-term stability, strong earning potential, and a modern manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance across manufacturing equipment
• Electrical and mechanical fault finding and repair
• Supporting production to minimise downtime
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures
• Contributing to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives

Requirements

• Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer (electrical bias)
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong fault-finding capability across electrical and mechanical systems
• Recognised engineering qualification (Apprenticeship, NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent)
