Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Summary
\n
We are seeking an experienced Technical Engineer to support engineering operations, preventive maintenance programs, and asset reliability within a manufacturing facility. This role will provide technical leadership to maintenance teams, optimize equipment performance, develop maintenance strategies, and support commissioning activities for new equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with facility systems, maintenance engineering, asset management, and reliability programs, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance (PM) programs to improve equipment reliability and lifecycle performance.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions for equipment failures.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians and operations personnel.
- Create detailed maintenance job plans, procedures, and work instructions.
- Support commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment and facility systems.
- Evaluate equipment lifecycle performance and recommend maintenance or replacement strategies.
- Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize operational downtime.
- Review and oversee maintenance work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
- Utilize CMMS software to manage maintenance records, work orders, and asset information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to support facility operations.
- Respond to equipment issues and provide technical solutions as needed.
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation and maintenance reports.

Required Qualifications
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of engineering or facility maintenance experience.
- Experience supporting facility systems such as HVAC, water systems, and compressed air systems.
- Experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and developing preventive maintenance programs.
- Experience with CMMS software and computerized maintenance systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

- OSHA 10 certification ( but not required).
- Experience supporting manufacturing, pharmaceutical, industrial, or critical facility environments.
- Experience with equipment commissioning and asset lifecycle management.
- Previous experience providing technical leadership to maintenance teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
