If youre the kind of engineer who enjoys being relied upon when production is under pressure, this could be worth a look.Were supporting a fast-paced manufacturing site looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join an established engineering team operating across automated production and packaging lines.This is not a standing-around role.Youll be fault finding on live production issues, keeping machinery moving during busy shifts and working on a wide range of equipment including conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, drives and automated process machinery.The site needs engineers who can think practically under pressure, communicate properly with production and take ownership of breakdowns rather than waiting to be told what to do.What the role involves:Reactive and planned maintenance across high-speed production linesElectrical and mechanical fault findingWorking on conveyors, motors, pumps, pneumatics, hydraulics and drivesSupporting machinery reliability and reducing downtimeAssisting with installations and continuous improvement projectsWorking closely with production teams during live operational issuesUsing CMMS systems to manage maintenance activityWhat theyre looking for:Level 3 Engineering qualificationPrevious manufacturing or production engineering experienceStrong fault-finding abilityComfortable working within a fast-paced environmentEngineers who take pride in keeping production runningWhy engineers are interested:Stable long-term businessGood engineering exposure across varied equipmentProper hands-on roleStrong earning packageTeam environment where engineers are trusted to do their jobIf youd like to find out more, apply now or contact Adam Hickman at Apex Appoint for a confidential conversation.TPBN1_UKTJ
