Maintenance Engineer in Cardiff

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities * Maintain and optimise brewing/ packaging /utilities equipment depending on recruiting department * Troubleshoot and repair high-speed automated machinery * Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance * Work across utilities, refrigeration systems, compressors, and production lines Candidate Profile Essential: * Electrical qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) * time served * Experience in high-speed manufacturing or processing environments * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capabilities * Knowledge of PLCs, motors, sensors, and control systems * Strong safety awareness and compliance with safe working practices Desirable: * Multi-skilled (electrical and mechanical) experience * Exposure to utilities, brewing, or liquid processing systems * Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and instrumentation 4.
