Shift: 4 on 4 off (days & nights)

You’ll be trusted to keep production running, influence improvements, and play a hands-on role in shaping how the site operates moving forward. This is a long-term opportunity within a stable, values-led manufacturing business that looks after its engineers.



What You’ll Be Doing – Maintenance Engineer:

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems

• Responding quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime and protect output

• Fault-finding across machinery, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems

• Working closely with production teams to support smooth shift handovers

• Identifying and implementing improvements to reliability, safety, and performance

• Using your skills as a Maintenance Engineer to support a modernising site



What We’re Looking For – Maintenance Engineer:

• Proven experience as a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding capability

• Comfortable working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (days & nights)

• A proactive engineer who enjoys problem-solving and continuous improvement

• Good communication skills and a team-focused mindset
