Maintenance Engineer



Salary: £40,000

Shift: Monday to Friday – DAYS ONLY

Location: Basingstoke

With a stable Monday to Friday days-only shift, this role is ideal for engineers who want consistency, routine, and time back outside of work — without sacrificing technical challenge or career progression.



You’ll be responsible for a mix of planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdowns, alongside supporting continuous improvement and reliability projects across the site.



What We’re Looking For:



Experience carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance



Mechanical or electrical engineering background



Minimum Level 3 Engineering qualification



Experience within an industrial or manufacturing environment



Ex-Forces engineers are strongly encouraged to apply
