£54,848 per year
4 on 4 off days/nights- 12 hour shifts

About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our high-performing team. You’ll be the technical expert on-site, ensuring the smooth running, reliability, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. This role is hands-on, focused on preventative maintenance, fault finding, root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out maintenance tasks to high safety and quality standards.

  • Support and coach the autonomous maintenance team.

  • \n

  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.

  • \n

  • Lead root cause analysis sessions and support process improvements.

  • \n

  • Manage technical documentation and provide feedback to improve maintenance plans.

  • \n

  • Take ownership of your assigned area and lead technical problem-solving.

  • \n

Job requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer in an industrial environment
  • Experienced working on PLCs and Inverters
  • Engineers from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply including applicants from an Ex Forces background
  • Electrical bias with some form of electrical paperwork
  • Minimum of a level 3 qualification in a maintenance discipline (NVQ, City and Guilds, HNC) – Time served apprenticeship desirable
