£54,848 per year
4 on 4 off days/nights- 12 hour shifts

About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our high-performing team. You’ll be the technical expert on-site, ensuring the smooth running, reliability, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. This role is hands-on, focused on preventative maintenance, fault finding, root cause analysis, and driving continuous improvement.

Carry out maintenance tasks to high safety and quality standards.

Support and coach the autonomous maintenance team.

Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.

Lead root cause analysis sessions and support process improvements.

Manage technical documentation and provide feedback to improve maintenance plans.

Take ownership of your assigned area and lead technical problem-solving.

Job requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer in an industrial environment
- Experienced working on PLCs and Inverters
- Engineers from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply including applicants from an Ex Forces background
- Electrical bias with some form of electrical paperwork
- Minimum of a level 3 qualification in a maintenance discipline (NVQ, City and Guilds, HNC) – Time served apprenticeship desirable
