About Us



Following a significant utility contract win, we are expanding our field engineering team and are looking for experienced Security Service Engineers to join us. We specialise in protecting critical infrastructure, delivering high-quality service, maintenance, and support of electronic security systems across the South East.



This role is ideal for engineers who have worked in the Fire & Safety industry and are now looking to build on their transferable skills within the security sector.



The Role



As a Security Service Engineer, you will play a key part in the service, maintenance, and repair of electronic security systems, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and service-level agreements (SLAs). You will work closely with both our clients and our support team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high operational standards.



Key Responsibilities:

Service, maintenance, and fault-finding on:



*



CCTV Systems (IP & Analogue)



*



Access Control Systems



*



Intruder Alarm Systems



*



Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive callouts.



*



Accurately record work using our service management system (CASH).



*



Ensure compliance with industry standards and manufacturer requirements.



*



Provide clear, professional client communication on-site.



*



Support asset data collation and make recommendations for system improvements.



*



Participate in the on-call rota (as required).



About You



*



A minimum of 5 years’ experience in electronic security OR a background in Fire & Safety systems with transferable skills.



*



Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems.



*



Experience with IP-based security solutions is highly desirable.



*



Solid problem-solving and diagnostic ability.



*



Full UK driving licence.



*



Excellent communication and customer service skills.



*



Confident working independently and as part of a wider engineering team.
