Maintenance Engineer

KPJ Group is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading global company in the food production industry at their site based in Rochdale.

What’s on offer?

* £48,000 per year

* Rotating shifts

* Mon – Fri | 5:30am – 2:25pm / 2:15pm – 11:10pm

* Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)

* 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

What will you be doing as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer?

* Designing improvements in production processes to boost efficiency

* Collaborating with teams to maintain quality & safety standards

* Optimising operations to hit production targets

* Investigating issues and identifying areas to improve

* Supporting the introduction of new equipment and technology

What do you need?

* Level 3 NVQ or equivalent

* Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical or Electrical)

* Time served as an apprentice (desirable)
