Salary: Between £48,000 - £60,000 Per Annum (Including Shift Allowance) - (Depending On Shift Pattern)
Shift Options: 3-Shift Pattern, Continental Shifts or Regular Days \n\n\nJoin a leading engineering team where your skills are valued and your development is supported.\nOur Client are hiring Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineers to work across a large, well-structured site in Plaistow. With over 40 engineers on-site and access to progression and training opportunities, this is an ideal role for engineers with a strong background in heavy industry, FMCG, or food production.\n\n Role Overview\nYou'll be working on a wide range of equipment including:\n

• \nConveyors, Belts, Bearings\n

\n

• \nLabellers, Weighers\n

\n

• \nSensors, Relays, Drives\n

\n

• \nPLC Fault Finding (not programming)\n

\n

• \nPPM & Reactive Maintenance\n

\n

\n\nShift Options\n\nOption 1 - 3-Shift Rotation\n

\n
• \nMornings: 6:00am - 2:00pm\n

\n

• \nAfternoons: 2:00pm - 10:00pm\n

\n

• \nNights: 10:00pm - 6:00am\n

\n

\nOption 2 - Continental Shifts (Contis)\n

\n
• 4 on 4 off - 12 hour shifts, Days & Nights

\n

\n

Option 3 - Regular Days

\n

\n
• 7am - 3pm - Monday - Friday

\n

\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n

\n
• \n\nNVQ Level 3 OR Similar In Engineering Discipline (Essential)\n

\n

• \nStrong fault-finding & mechanical/electrical skills\n

\n

• \nBackground in heavy industry, FMCG or food sectors\n

\n

• \nAbility to work independently or within a team\n

\n

• \nAdaptable to both refinery and packing areas (training provided for packing)\n

\n

\n\nWhat's On Offer\n

• \n\nBasic Salary: £47,900\n

\n

• \n\nShift Allowance/O.T.: +24.3%\n

\n

• \n\nTotal Package: £59,000\n

\n
