Maintenance Engineer
Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer within a FMCG environment?
Are you experienced within an Engineering discipline?
Do you want to work for a business that focus on training and delopment?
MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG brand on the search for a Maintenance Engineer. This is a perm role based in Trowbridge.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for planned maintenance, breakdowns and line change-overs
- To develop and enhance maintenance systems and procedures
- Routinely undertake continuous improvement activities to improve capability and reliability
- Participate in site improvements, modifications, an capital investment projects
- Coach, mentor and support Engineers when necessary
- Act as a subject matter expert on site equipment and technologies
- Assist in PUWER, LOLER and Risk assesments
What are we looking for?
- Apprenticeship trained in an Engineering Discipline
- Level 3 educated, HNC
- Good diagnostic and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail
Desirable
- FMCG experience
- PLC experience
- 17th or 18th edition
- Pneumatics experience
- BOAS certified
Salary circa £41,000
Day shift 7:00-15:00
