Job Description

Maintenance Electrician\n\nWest London\n\n£42,319.62 (incl LWA & standby allowance)\n\nPermanent\n\nMy client is on the lookout for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to join the team. You will have the opportunity to work on one of their leading supermarket contracts.\n\nThe role will involve maintaining and repairing a range of electrical, mechanical plant and equipment in retail outlets, undertaking regular planned store visits to complete reactive, PPMs and minor repairs as requested by the customer (including non-electrical).\n\nKey Responsibilities – Maintenance Electrician\n\nComplete the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule within agreed timescales and to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately. \nComplete general repairs and maintenance to customer sites as designated by management (e.g.

door repairs, general plumbing tasks, flooring etc) \nDeliver reactive and planned fire alarm system maintenance.\nConduct emergency lighting tests and repairs.\nComplete general repairs and maintenance to customer sites as designated by management and helpdesk. \nIdentify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the Line Manager of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacement. \nQualifications & Experience – Maintenance Electrician\n\nEducated to GCSE / Standard Grade level as a minimum, ideally NVQ Level 3/City and guilds 236 Part 1 + 2 or equivalent in electrical installation/Maintenance.\nCity and Guilds 2382 17th Edition or 18th edition(new).\n3 phase electrics and its applications\nAbility to maintain and repair a wide range of electrical and mechanical equipment, e.g.
