We are currently seeking a Maintenance Electrician - PLC! The best candidate for the positions will install, repair, and troubleshoot AC/DC systems and electrical components, including 480/240/120V circuits, rectifiers, electrical controls, and bus systems.

responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair issues on molding machines, grinders, augers, pumps, compressors, gearboxes, hydraulic systems, and all supporting equipment.

  • Install, repair, and troubleshoot AC/DC systems and electrical components, including 480/240/120V circuits, rectifiers, electrical controls, and bus systems.

  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, ladder logic diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and facility layouts with accuracy.

  • Troubleshoot and repair PLCs and PLC-controlled equipment, ensuring reliable operation and minimal downtime.

  • Perform mechanical and hydraulic maintenance, including teardown, rebuild, replacement, and adjustment of hydraulic and pneumatic components and systems.

  • Apply strong working knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to diagnose equipment issues efficiently.

  • Safely operate equipment, follow established procedures, and support additional maintenance tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on maintenance or industrial equipment repair experience required.

  • Strong analytical, mechanical, computer, and project-management abilities.

  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Ability to safely operate powered industrial trucks (PIT).

  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and performing physically demanding tasks as needed.
