Job Description – Maintenance Electrician (3rd Shift: 10PM–6AM)
Location: Albion, IN
A leading manufacturer and supplier of axles, suspension, brakes, doors, venting products, trailer parts, accessories, and towing components serving the commercial trailer, RV, heavy-duty, marine, agriculture, and manufactured housing markets is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for 3rd Shift at its Albion, IN manufacturing facility.
This organization, headquartered in Elkhart, Indiana, operates manufacturing and distribution locations across the U.S. and Canada. With state-of-the-art robotics, precision welding equipment, and automated machining processes, it remains committed to superior quality, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair electrical problems in accordance with standard electrical trade practices

Troubleshoot and repair equipment independently or instruct others on necessary repairs

Perform all essential duties and responsibilities of an Electrical Technician

Apply strong electrical, CNC, and robotic knowledge in a manufacturing setting

Utilize electrical formulas relevant to troubleshooting and repair tasks

Understand and troubleshoot solid-state devices
-
Reprogram ladder logic and use diagnostic software effectively
-
Troubleshoot and resolve major equipment problems
-
Work overtime when necessary to support production
-
Maintain reliable attendance, comply with safety procedures, and contribute positively to team culture

Take charge of maintenance operations in the absence of the supervisor or group leader
Minimum Qualifications:

Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school, OR

5+ years of relevant experience/training, OR
-
An equivalent combination of education and experience
