Are you the go-to person when machines act up? Do you enjoy rolling up your sleeves, solving electrical puzzles, and keeping operations humming along? If your answer is “yes,” we’ve got the job for you.

We’re looking for a Maintenance Electrical Shifter to join our hardworking and high-energy maintenance team. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero keeping our plant equipment in top shape — all while working with a supportive crew that takes safety, quality, and pride in their work seriously (but still knows how to have fun).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshooting and performing corrective maintenance to keep our equipment running like a dream

• Tackling preventive maintenance tasks and following shift schedules

• Working with everything from electrical systems to welding, hydraulics, mechanical repairs, and more

• Reading blueprints, schematics, sketches, and tables like a pro

• Supporting technical and reliability teams and assisting outside contractors when needed

• Communicating delays, issues, and wins clearly and promptly

• Keeping your workspace clean and safe (Housekeeping Heroes Unite!)

• Making sure work orders are generated for all maintenance work — planned or surprise visits

• Giving your Maintenance Supervisor helpful feedback and staying in the loop on safety and ops

What You Bring to the Table:

• 2+ years of technical education in Electrical or Electronic Technology (Required)

• 3–5 years of experience as an electrical technician in an industrial setting

• A “safety-first” mindset and a love for solving real-world technical challenges

• Independence and confidence to handle tasks with or without supervision

• A team-player attitude with great communication skills
