What We’re Looking For:

As a Maintenance Crew Leader, you will be responsible for leading and assisting a team and overseeing the successful execution of maintenance projects. You’ll take charge of creating stunning outdoor spaces while ensuring your team stays motivated, organized, and focused. Leadership, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of maintenance crew members in the field, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Oversee the execution of landscape enhancement projects, including plantings, mulching, and lawn care.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in equipment usage, and safety protocols.
• Communicate with clients to ensure expectations are met and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain and operate commercial-grade equipment, such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and more.
• Ensure team members follow proper maintenance procedures for equipment and tools.
• Assist with snow removal during the winter months.
• Work in various outdoor conditions, rain or shine, hot or cold!

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Proven leadership experience, ideally in landscaping or a related field.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in diverse weather conditions and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Basic mechanical skills for equipment maintenance.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• A desire to learn and grow—whether that’s expanding your landscape knowledge, equipment operation, or management skills.
