Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator (Temporary)\n Location: West Ham Lane (Hybrid – 1–2 days on-site, remainder remote)\n Hours: 35 hours per week\n Contract: 12-week temporary assignment\n Start Date: 18th May (TBC)\n We are currently recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced team supporting specialist projects within a housing/repairs environment.\n This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong administrative and IT skills, particularly those with experience in housing, repairs, or maintenance coordination.\n\n Key Responsibilities:\nManaging and updating maintenance cases via internal systems (including D365 and other platforms)\nCoordinating repairs, minor works, and surveyor referrals\nHandling customer queries and complaints in line with service standards\nProcessing high volumes of contractor invoices\nManaging shared mailboxes and ensuring SLA targets are met\nProducing reports, data analysis, and supporting continuous service improvement\nActing as a key point of contact for internal teams, contractors, and stakeholdersKey Requirements:\nProven experience in a maintenance, housing, or repairs administration role\nStrong IT skills, including MS Office and database systems\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment\nExcellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills\nExperience managing workloads against SLAs and performance targetsWhat’s on Offer:\nCompetitive hourly rate\nHybrid working model\nOpportunity to gain experience within a well-structured and supportive team\nImmediate start availableIf you have the relevant experience and are available for a temporary opportunity, please apply with your CV as soon as possible
