Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a team player to help coordinate contractors for maintenance. This includes taking calls from , entering information into the computer, assigning work to the appropriate contractors, following up to make sure work is done in a timely manner, and communication with everyone involved. Experience with coordination or some knowledge of maintenance is helpful. Critical thinking is required.  Must be good with technology and detail oriented.
