Pay $20-21/hr
Fully Onsite in Dublin OH

Responsibilities:

• Handle all maintenance tickets that come through the que
• Triage tickets and disperse them among the other coordinators
• Communicating to District managers, AVP's, and store managers with empathy about the ticket/issue
• Communicate/coordinate w/ local vendors to rectify maintenance issues

Top 3 Skills:

• Work order management platform experience.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Speed and efficiency - able to handle large volumes of work/dates
