Job Overview: Handle all Day to Day maintenance of equipment

Job Functions:

• Ability to trouble shoot and repair equipment as needed
• Assist in the Set Up any equipment as needed
• Deal with any vendors needed for parts/supplies
• Set up a Preventive maintenance program for all equipment tracking downtime, as well as weekly, monthly, yearly maintenance as needed
• Report to Operations Manager any unsafe conditions on equipment
• Responsible for maintaining all necessary parts to keep equipment running
• Able to diagnosis equipment issues and quickly get them back on line
• Make production recommendations to enhance output for all equipment
• Able to work overtime, as well as weekends as needed
• Make sure all OCS safety procedures are followed
• Ensure all work areas are clean and neat at all times.
• Work with supervisors to help in keeping production going and hitting specified numbers
• Responsible for any miscellaneous tasks assigned by Plant Manager

Requirements

• 4 to 5 years maintenance experience
