Job Description

Requirements\n\nEssential:\n\n· Provide an excellent caretaker service to customers, ensuring that once works are carried out, the property is left safe, clean and tidy.\n\n· Managing and planning your day to ensure you optimise your time.\n\n· Carrying out regular health and safety checks and tests.\n\n· Carrying out documented property inspections where required.\n\n· To complete all relevant training.\n\n· Providing caretaker support to our old peoples' services.\n\n· Basic DIY or trade skills (plumbing, carpentry, electrical, painting)\n\n· Experience using hand tools and light machinery\n\n· Right to work in the UK.\n\n· Clean UK Driving Licence\n\n . Right to Work in the UK\n\n Desirable:\n\n· Previous caretaking or maintenance experience (e.g., in a residential building, or healthcare setting)\n\n· IT literacy for logging maintenance issues or using facility management systems\n\n· Health & Safety training or awareness (e.g., COSHH, risk assessments)\n\nOther Requirements:\n\nAbility to travel across multiple sites within a broad geographical area\nAdapting to changing duties or prioritiesAt least one year's experience in a similar role is needed and you must have the ability to carry out maintenance tasks safely and with practical ability, having a can-do attitude towards our and colleagues. \n\n- AN ENCHANCED DBS IS ESSENTIAL
