Maintenance Mechanic – $30.27/Hour + Free Benefits

Shift: C Shift

Schedule (4 x 10-hour shifts):

• Friday & Saturday: 5:30 AM – Finish

• Sunday & Monday: 5:30 PM – Finish

Pay:

• $30.27 per hour

• Free benefits package (valued at approx. $6/hour)

Job Overview:

LSI Staffing is hiring an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for a C Shift position in Excelsior Springs, MO. This role is responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production operations.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment and fixtures

• Perform general facility maintenance

• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and equipment issues

• Investigate maintenance problems and implement effective solutions

• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records

• Follow Quality, Environmental, and Material Management System requirements

• Follow all safety policies and report unsafe conditions

• Provide maintenance support across departments

• Assist engineering and quality teams with tooling, fixtures, and gages

• Report accidents and injuries promptly

• Complete tasks assigned by Maintenance Supervisor

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience

• Stable work history and reliable attendance

• Maintenance Technician Certificate or equivalent experience

• Ability to obtain forklift license and pass physical

Skills:

• Strong electrical background in AC/DC circuits

• Mill and lathe machining experience

• MIG welding proficiency

• Fanuc robot troubleshooting, teardown, and repair experience

• Basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics

• Strong mechanical skills

• Problem-solving ability
