- Vast experience in irrigation, pumps, sprinklers, check values, 20/40 switches, zone coverage, timers, and repairing of irrigation lines.
- Previous experience in building, condominium, apartment, hotel, or facilities maintenance.
- General knowledge of plumbing, irrigation, painting, drywall, carpentry, and minor repairs.
- Ability to recognize when a repair requires a licensed or qualified professional.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to maintain electronic records.
- Valid driver’s license, if required by the association.
- Documentation: Someone who consistently updates work orders, takes photographs, and follows through with vendors.
- Physical Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather and respond to maintenance emergencies as required.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and perform routine maintenance duties.
- Ability to lift and carry maintenance supplies and equipment within established safety limits.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to safely operate authorized maintenance tools and equipment.
