Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Associate with good overall knowledge of industrial/commercial maintenance including carpentry, painting, lights plumbing, small electrical. Facilities include multiple buildings on 3 campuses from Wilkes Barre to Scranton.

Responsibilities:

• Travel between company locations to perform necessary repairs, maintenance and upkeep of property, buildings and grounds. Company provides vehicle and tools as needed.
• Carpentry, painting, housekeeping, landscaping and snow removal.
• Repair and maintenance to industry fixtures including dock plates, dock doors and warehouse racking.
• Repair and maintenance to facilities including roofs, lighting and roadways.
• Respond to after hours emergencies/ on call rotation is required.

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow instructions and operate power scrubbers and sweepers.
• Capable of completing interior and exterior building and dock repairs.
• Work in safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA requirements.
• Able to lift and move 50 pounds safely.
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods of time. Able to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on frequent basis.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance record.
• Must posses and maintain a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Job Type: Full Time

Location: Scranton and Wilkes Barre

Hours: Day Shift (M-F) 7 AM -3:30 PM

Pay: $20-$22 Per Hour
