Full or part-time maintenance help needed at a seasonal motel in Fenwick Island, DE. The job will start in mid-March with general maintenance, including light painting and preparing the motel for the summer season. During the season, the maintenance associate will oversee basic maintenance of the rooms, the pool, and the grounds. Specific details will be discussed during an interview. The motel closes each fall during October with additional maintenance and winterizing work that will carry into November.

Skills needed:

-Basic understanding of electrical and plumbing needs

-Basic carpentry skills

-Painting both interior and exterior 

-General cleaning and upkeep of grounds
