The Maintenance Associate is a full-time position responsible for maintaining apartments and mobile homes in Charleston and surrounding areas. This role involves various tasks including grass cutting, cleaning, painting, and general repairs. Candidates must have their own vehicle as regular travel between multiple locations is required. This position is part of a collaborative maintenance team, with full training provided to support skill development.

Responsibilities

• Perform property maintenance tasks across multiple sites
• Conduct landscaping and grass cutting duties
• Clean and paint apartments and mobile homes
• Carry out minor repairs as needed
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Travel regularly between locations using own vehicle

Qualifications
