We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team at Morningside House of Exton, a leading memory care community in Exton, PA.

Maintenance Technician - Responsibilities:

• Responds to work orders, ensuring quality of service.
• Prepare apartments for move-in as assigned.
• Maintain a positive and Professional demeanor towards , visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Perform floor care (rugs and carpet)
• Assist with basic Maintenace (bulb change, toilet repair, painting) etc.
• Performs general maintenance assist with projects as assigned, including installations and repairs involving plumbing and electrical equipment, carpentry work, painting, equipment repair, snow removal and outside landscaping maintenance.
• Knowledgeable of all safety/disaster plans and procedures.
• Perform housekeeping assistance when assigned.
• Responds promptly to emergencies.
• Maintains office, shops, storage and mechanical areas to Morningside Elite Management standards.
• Attends all required training, in-service, and staff meetings.
• May provide transportation services for .
• Strives to maintain a safe working environment through the prevention of accidents, the preservation of equipment, and the achievement of safe working practices.
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor toward , visitors, families, and co-workers.
• Adheres to all policies and procedures of Morningside Elite Management.

Maintenance Technician - Requirements:

A High School Diploma or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
