What You'll Do:
- Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks throughout the community
- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on equipment and building systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively
- Respond promptly to service requests from and staff
- Maintain residential units and shared spaces to a high standard
- Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all
- Positively contribute to resident satisfaction through high-quality workmanship
What You'll Need:
- Must be 18 years of or older
- Maintenance experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong critical thinking skills, independent judgment, and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- A commitment to delivering quality service with care and professionalism
