Position: Maintenance Assistant \n\nLocation: Coventry\n\nSalary: £30k Contract: Permanent | 40 hours per week\n\nBenefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, van and fuel card provided\n\nCore Shifts:\n\nEarly Shift: 06:00 - 14:30 \n\nLate Shift: 13:30 - 22:00\n\nWeekend Shift (1 in 5 rotation)\n\nWednesday: 06:00 - 14:30\n\nThursday: 06:00 - 14:30\n\nFriday: 06:00 - 14:30\n\nSaturday: 09:00 - 18:00 \n\nSunday: 09:00 - 18:00\n\nRotation Pattern :consecutive weeks of:\n\n3 Early Shifts\n\n2 consecutive weeks of Late Shifts\n\n1 weekend shift every 5 weeks\n\nLocation: Coventry \n\nA growing Building Services Company is recruiting a maintenance engineer to cover leisure centre sites across Coventry.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPerform building maintenance repairs\nConduct building Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).\nUtilise relevant experience in building maintenance tasks.\nQualifications & Experience:\n\nRelevant experience in building fabric repairs is essential.\nCold minor plumbing and minor electrical works\nMust pass an enhanced DBS check\nDriving licence\nTo apply, please send your CV to (url removed)
