Maintenance Assistant

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are a large residential apartment complex in Newburgh, NY and are currently looking for Maintenance Assistant to add to our team.

Your main responsibilities will be to assist the maintenance staff with work orders, general building maintenance, carpet removal, unit cleanouts, working in crawlspaces or on a ladder, snow removal, and assisting with other jobs around the property as needed..

General handyman skills . You must be able to lift at least 50lbs. You must be able to work alone or with others.

This role offers the opportunity for advancement to a Maintenance Technician based on skills.

Must have a valid driver's license. This is non-negotiable.


Location: 207 Lake Drive, Newburgh, NY. As you will need to be on call periodically for snow and emergencies, we are looking for a candidate who lives in close proximity to the property and would be able to get here within 30 minutes.

Full time position: Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
