Bell Tower Hotel is looking for a dedicated full time maintenance technician.
The shifts are from 9 am to 5 pm and includes weekends.
The Maintenance Technician position requires:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A flexible schedule
- Driver's license
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties
- At least 1 year of previous maintenance or general labor experience
- Ability to work outdoors on occasion
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Maintenance Technician responsibilities could include but are not limited to:
- Painting
- Wallpaper
- Dry wall
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Preventative maintenance
- Snow removal
