Job DescriptionJob DescriptionMaintenance Technician We are seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations, maintenance, and appearance of multiple Ann Arbor Office properties. Responsibilities include responding to maintenance requests; performing general repairs related to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems; assisting tenants with service needs; and helping maintain safe, clean, and professional properties.

This position also includes daily and weekly grounds responsibilities, overseeing vendors and contractors, assisting building engineers, and supporting maintenance projects at various company properties as needed. The Maintenance Technician may also assist with miscellaneous tasks and property needs for ownership residences. The ideal candidate is hands-on, reliable, organized, and capable of working independently while managing multiple responsibilities. Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities, or property operations is . Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to assist wherever needed are essential.
