Graphicsland operates MakeStickers.com and Posternerd.com, where thousands of labels, stickers, and posters are printed daily. We’re growing and hiring a part-time maintenance and shipping team member!

Our maintenance crew is essential to the daily operations of our production facility. This position is responsible for making boxes we use for our packaging, fulfilling daily maintenance tasks, accepting deliveries of materials and pallets from the receiving dock, and occasionally shipping using our internal software. 

Previous experience in a maintenance/receiving environment of at least 1 year is required.

DETAILS

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

This is an in-person position, so you must have reliable transportation to Tinley Park, IL.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Build shipping boxes for our poster and sticker orders
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Fill in for shipping when needed or asked
• Accept and organize incoming received items
• Work with our software for shipping, receiving, and inventory 
• Refill, restock, and clean bathrooms, kitchen, and breakroom area
• Keep the facility floors clean
• Trash duties 

REQUIREMENTS

• Duties require frequent standing, sitting, lifting, walking, grasping, and gripping
• High school diploma and at least two years of workforce experience
• At least 1 year of previous maintenance or receiving experience 
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to adjust your speed during busy seasons, be a self-starter
• Ability to organize and have a can-do attitude
• Good written and verbal communication skills, take direction and feedback well
• Math skills like counting, simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• The ability to perform basic computer-based tasks
• Carry out tasks safely and correctly
• Powered Industrial Truck/Forklift training/certification is a plus!
• OSHA 10 certified is a plus!
• Ability to lift up to 80lbs
