We are seeking skilled Maintenance and Senior Maintenance Technicians with hands-on HVAC experience to join our growing team. Openings are available in Central and North Austin as well as San Antonio. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work independently. In this role, you will be responsible for the general maintenance and orderliness of properties, oversight of maintenance systems, and ensuring optimal operations and client/tenant satisfaction. You’ll also collaborate closely with co-workers and supervisors, contributing to a dynamic and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Complete work orders related to physical maintenance and repair of assigned buildings using work order software

Implement routine physical improvements and respond to emergencies in accordance with departmental protocols

Assist Supervisor in maintaining inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies, keeping logs up to date

Support the development of preventative maintenance plans and maintain associated records

Assist with controlling expenses tied to building operations

Communicate building status and changes to appropriate stakeholders

Adhere to safety standards, policies, and codes of conduct

Act professionally and courteously with tenants, hospital clients, co-workers, vendors, and patients

Safely and effectively use materials, supplies, tools, and other building property
Experience & Requirements

2+ years of related work experience and technical training
-
HVAC experience required; HVAC or EPA certification

Ability to interpret design documents, specifications, and operational procedures

Basic math skills and computer proficiency (ability to learn new job-related software)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

CFC Handling Certification

Physical capability: extensive walking, climbing stairs/ladders, lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs
-
24-hour availability for emergencies and on-call rotation; willingness to work overtime on special projects
