Major North American baking company specializing in frozen baked goods for foodservice, quick-service restaurants, and grocery retailers is seeking an experienced maintenance and reliability professional for a CONTRACT opportunity at their facility in Cayce, SC

Operating 15 bakeries across the U.S. and Canada, producing artisan breads, cookies, muffins, donuts, and pastries

Long term CONTRACT
ONSITE

A significant amount of time will be spent:

• Looking at O&M manuals and spare parts list
• In plant reviewing equipment in relation to spare parts
• Conversations with vendors to create/update spare parts needs and identifying truly critical spares
• Developing a spare parts purchase strategy
