JOB SUMMARY:

Facilities & Preventive Maintenance Supervisor ensures that preventive maintenance and reactive repairs are carried out correctly and on time, while meeting all technical and quality requirements. The role also involves overseeing equipment reliability, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position plays a key part in minimizing downtime and optimizing operational efficiency within a food manufacturing environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar leadership role.

• Mechanical and electrical components and mechanisms

• PLC control systems

• Pneumatic control and components

• Motors and controls

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

• Knowledge of Ultimo is a plus

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or technical services or a production environment

• Experience in a leadership role

• Experience in the food industry is a plus

• Experience with packaging installations is a plus

• Experience with technical aspects of facilities, utilities, and telecommunications is a plus

• Proficiency with English, verbal and written
